RECLAIM NYC’s goals are to reduce greenhouse gas emissions from material use related to construction, and to create local jobs and a resilient local supply chain. Our proposals aim to reduce construction and demolition waste and increase material reuse by: generating demand for reused materials, facilitating reused material storage and supply, and removing existing technical barriers to reuse.
